I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my visit. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the warm and welcoming staff at Exotica made a lasting impression. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay truly stood out. Whether it was providing valuable local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, your team's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. The accommodation at your hotel were nothing short of outstanding. My room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The attention to detail and comfort in the room, including the plush bedding and modern amenities, made me feel right at home. Thank you and I’ll be sure to return again.

One of the best places to be on this planet private walk way to the beach with beautiful view. Great place to relax. Staff is very welcoming. Rooms or rather the villas are all extra spacious with a private approach to each villa. Food is good, breakfast spread is terrific, good alacarte menu. Their instructors were awesome handling each client personally and the actual scuba diving trip was like a dream come true. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Taj Exotica Resort & Spa is a tropical paradise that exceeded all expectations. The serene beachfront location, coupled with luxurious amenities, created a truly memorable experience. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. The well-appointed villas offered breathtaking views and utmost comfort. The culinary offerings were diverse and delectable. From rejuvenating spa treatments to adventurous water activities, every moment was pure bliss. A perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty, making it an unforgettable retreat.

This was a company retreat (~20 people) to celebrate the 15-year anniversary. The hotel arranged for pick-up from the Port Blair airport (note that there were multiple arrival times) to Havelock Ferry port. They also drove from the Jetty at Havelock to the hotel. We had a very warm welcome with fresh coconuts and a sweet welcome song in Nicobarese language. Our luggage was taken to our rooms on the buggies. The villas were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant. Just a few execution issues that could have made the stay even smoother and expected of a 5-star hotel: 1) They knew in advance that we were 4 adults in a villa and we had requested day beds but we had to call the reception to have them add the second day bed. 2) Given it was hot & humid, we would have liked the water bottle supply in the room to be refurbished proactively & leniently. 3) The hotel knew we were checking out in the morning and the bill should have been ready and emailed to us in advance (given we had to verify it for multiple villas). But we had to request & wait to get the bill for us to review barely 30 minutes before we were scheduled to leave for the Jetty. 4) I feel the IST is called for what it is because we are little lenient in understanding what "I need a car by xx hour:min)" means ;-) 10-15 minutes here & there should be expected. 5) The AC control in the room was not intuitive and easy to control the temperature. We had a welcome dinner for about 20 people on the first night and they put up a long table for us outside at the Shoreline restaurant. The food was excellent but the lighting is extremely low and they had to bring out 2 table lamps for us to be able to see our food and each other. But they were very accommodating. The breakfast spread is healthy and excellent. However, the food at the Turtle Cove leaves a lot to be desired. They serve Mexican and Italian dishes but they are not even close to authentic flavors. We could not even finish the "mush" that was labeled the cheese tortellini. The service was also not great but they did have "loud" live entertainment. Loved the infinity pool and there was a very easy path to the famous Radhanagar beach

We recently visited Taj Andaman location at Havelock island. True to its name the resort triumphed in terms of hospitality, location and accommodation. The villas were absolutely gorgeous and its close proximity to Radhanagar beach makes the location even more memorable. If you are visiting Andaman and want a Maldives like experience I strongly recommend living here. Dining wasn't the best experience as we found the service to be slow and food lacking in flavors overall. There are in total 3 restaurants present on premise. One is an all-day dining where were dined most of the time as the other two fell grossly short of our expectations. If you do decide to stay here I would strongly recommend NOT trying out the Settler's restaurant present on the premises. This is a set menu restaurant which offers 5 courses at a price of 10500 per person. Though the overall idea is to offer a culinary and an educational experience about Andaman all combined in one dinner setting, the restaurant fails to impress adequately. A ridiculous charge of 10.5K per person covers just 1 drink per person. The food was mediocre at best and in hindsight I wish I had skipped this uneventful experience altogether. The education experience was the only saving grace as the culinary experience filled us with immense disappointment.

A grandeur experience where one will get to savour delicious cuisines as well as unmatched hospitality. Taj is known for its brand value and for its great hospitality and we truly experienced it. However due to laws of the state the beach experience isn’t as unique as one would expect or draw comparisons from its contemporaries from other tropical destinations where you get a more lavish beach experience with more indulgences offered. Overall a nice experience and a memorable trip.
